OUR CONCEPT
The Search Engines are all trying hard to organize the information that they get - but database organization cannot replace individual attention.  At TopicSmart, we want to direct you to pages handled by individuals --  to what will eventually be the most complete listing of sites on any given topic.  Each edited topic will then become a part  of our well-organized, user-friendly directory called TopicSmart guides.  By asking each editor and partner to  maintain a consistent format of concise, easy to use presentations, putting  content ahead of graphics and glitz and making each topic as complete as possible, users will find the format  easy to navigate.  Users will come to trust TopicSmart as we grow to be the premier source of  information in any topic.

Partners are those with existing sites and that have the ability to design and maintain their websites.  If you do not have these skills you can consider becoming an Editor.
